Update 0.11 - Active Effects

V0.11 brings several HUD changes:
- Cooldown indicator reworked
- Nano programs and items positioned side-by-side
- Execution of nano programs is now limited by category, you can run programs from different categories simultaneously
- Credits moved to top-left corner
- Moon time now visible in top-right corner, watch out for day & night cycles in next update!
- Consumables totally reworked to execute nano programs, instead of using custom mechanics
- Active effects are now visible as mini-icons on targets and in selection banners
- Caves area rendering heavily optimized (10x) to avoid frame drops
- Server room in mine reworked to address ugly pixel hunting
- Fixed several issues (can't move into tunnels, too small clipping regions, can't build miners in shuttle area, etc.)
